The EasyVision Automatic Optical Inspection machine is a compact camera based system for the verification of assembled printed circuit boards. Utilising a high quality camera coupled with a telecentric lens it produces a distortion-free image, enabling rapid and repeatable inspection at an affordable price. The system has been designed to support a number of in-field upgrades allowing the machine to grow as your business grows.

The UltraVision inline fully automates your inspection requirements. Based on and compatible with our existing benchtop systems it provides the perfect next step for existing users whilst offering new users inline inspection at a price not seen before. The conveyor conforms to the latest SMEMA standards for ease of integration into your production line.

The UltraVision is a field-proven AOI machine that offers unrivalled inspection capabilities at its price point. It comes fully equipped with high resolution camera, telecentric optics providing distortion-free imaging and 3D profiling as standard. An extended inspection area is also provided without compromising on system footprint by using a gantry based motion system. The only option to choose is the colour!
